The exact rate depends on experience, communication quality, and interview performance. All onboarding/training time is paid.

Yes — remote within India. A stable broadband connection and a quiet workspace are required.

How many hours?

Approximately 10–15 hours per week with some overlap in IST business hours to coordinate with the team.
